Shape Up is a 10-week group programme that combines nutrition and behaviour change advice and exercise for gradual weight loss and a healthier lifestyle. Our nutritionists and dietitians will guide and help you to eat a balanced diet, take control of your portion sizes and develop healthier habits. Friendly and approachable activity leaders are there to support and encourage you to join in with the activity at a pace that suits you. Free to attend.
