In Shape for life is a circuit based exercise session suitable for all abilities. This session is female only, with a female instructor.
Held in the parish hall, the session is fun and inclusive. Exercise adaptionsare made for individuals with specific needs. If you are unable to go down to the floor for mat based exercises, the option of using a chair is available. Why not come along and try this session?
